Analytical Exposition

Analytical Exposition /Persuasive/Argument Text adalah jenis teks yang digunakan untuk membujuk pembaca.
Strukturnya adalah:
1. Thesis: introduces topics and indicates the writer's position. "preview of arguments".
2. Arguments: consists of point and elaboration (uraian /rincian)  sequence.
3. Reiteration : restates writer's opinion.
Example text:
[Title] The Importance  of English Language
[Thesis] I personally think that English is the world's most important language.  Why do I say that?
[Arguments: 1] Firstly, English is an international language. It is spoken by many people all over the world,  either as a  first  or second  language.
[Arguments: 2] Secondly, English also the key which opens doors to scientific and technical knowledge.
[Arguments: 3]Thirdly,  English is a top  requirement of those seeking Jobs. 
[Reiteration] From the facts above, it is obvious  that everybody needs to learn English to greet  the global era.

Project Base Learning (PBL): Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek

Sumber bacaan: https:/id.m.wikipedia.org Pembelajaran berbasis proyek  ( Project Based-Learning atau PBL ) adalah metoda pembelajaran yang  menggunakan proyek/kegiatan sebagai media.  Peserta   didik melakukan eksplorasi, penilaian, interpretasi, sintesis, dan  informasi untuk menghasilkan berbagai bentuk hasil belajar. [1] Pembelajaran berbasis proyek merupakan strategi tertentu dalam pembelajaran yang mengubah atau membalikkan wajah kelas tradisional. Maksudnya melalui pembelajaran ini, pembelajaran di kelas yang umumnya menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional menjadi lebih inovatif. Dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek, peserta didik melakukan investigasi (penyelidikan) melalui pertanyaan terbuka, menerapkan pengetahuan untuk menghasilkan produk. Purpose:to describe a particular person, thing, or place. Tujuan: untuk menggambarkan tempat, sesuatu atau orang secara khusus. Structure: 1)Identification (identifikasi terhadap hal yang akan didiskripsikan) 2) Description (gambaran tentang bagian-bagian, ciri-ciri, ataupun sifat-sifat) Example: I am a strange looking animal. I am quite large even though I am not as large as elephant. My colours are black and white. I live in the forest. I am very shy. I have a difficulty to seeing. I sleep in the daytiime and look for food at night. Like a rhino, I am vegetarian and I mainly eat leaves. I have a long nose, but not as long as elephant's trunk.
